To avoid cancellation fees please be aware of our cancellation policies.

Deposits: 

• For all boarding stays, a 50% non-refundable deposit is required upon booking. 
• If the reservation is cancelled at least 48 hours before the first night's stay (excluding Holidays/Spring Break), camp credit will be applied to your account for use in the next 6 months. 
• Failure to cancel prior to 48 hours of your reservation results in the forfeiture of the entire deposit.

Holidays/ Spring Break

Failure to cancel prior to 72 hours of your reservation results in the forfeiture of the entire deposit.

Please note: All Holiday/Spring Break stays require a minimum stay of 3 nights.
