Cancellation Policies
We understand that life happens and plans get changed.
To avoid cancellation fees please be aware of our cancellation policies.
Deposits:
- For all boarding stays, a 50% non-refundable deposit is required upon booking.
- If the reservation is cancelled at least 48 hours before the first night's stay (excluding Holidays/Spring Break), camp credit will be applied to your account for use in the next 6 months.
- Failure to cancel prior to 48 hours of your reservation results in the forfeiture of the entire deposit.
Holidays/ Spring Break
Failure to cancel prior to 72 hours of your reservation results in the forfeiture of the entire deposit.
Please note: We request All Holiday/Spring Break stays be a minimum of 3 nights.
- Upcoming Holiday/Spring Break Dates:
- Peak Summer:May -Sept
- Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Years
- March 2027 (Spring Break)
